Headquarters is the spot to train bjj. The professors are very skilled and knowledgeable great at explaining and showing the techniques. The people are all killers and fun to roll with. Kids classes are on point as well. Overall HQ is where I’ll be🥋💪🏻
Great gym. They have a variety of class times, including morning and lunch hour, which was the initial draw for me. The professors are friendly and do a terrific job of breaking down the moves and positions.
Love coming here, the coaches are great and everyone was very welcoming from the start. All around good vibes from the first day.
I’m definitely giving myself a pat on the back for choosing this academy to train Jiu Jitsu for the very first time.(white belt) Call it fate or luck of the frickin draw, I have no need or desire to try anywhere else. After I put my information in to schedule a free first class, I was contacted by the owner herself. I’ve been in sales before and this was no sales pitch. Rainy, (owner) was probably the nicest stranger I’ve ever met! She showed genuine interest in why I wanted to start training and was very welcoming. It didn’t stop there. On my first day, nervous to be “the new guy” that doesn’t know how to do anything, I was welcomed by the professors and the students with a very similar attitude of warmth and respect.
While on vacation with the family in Colorado Springs, I had a chance to train alongside Professor Groves and Professor Pereira. Thank you for the excellent instruction and great BJJ experience! Dropping in is a must! OSS!

I came across the HQ while looking for a local gym after moving to the area, and I feel very lucky that this was the gym I found. From the first day I have found a welcoming community of people of all skill levels that have created a very positive training environment. The owner and professors are extremely knowledgeable in the history, traditions, and techniques of Bjj. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking to train!
First time practitioner and decided to try this academy because it's close to where I live and next door to where I practice yoga. Wasn't expecting to be welcomed in like family to such a tight knit group of students who have been immensely helpful with the learning curve for someone in their 40s. From the owner to the professors, they are all kind, gracious and knowledgeable. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or newcomer like myself, look no further. This is the spot!
Why are you people going anywhere else? The HQ is easily one of the best places for BJJ. The coaches are really friendly and very professional and polite. They are really thorough with their technique. Hands down some of the best people I've met. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.
